General Conditions

Hotel Bookings

AAAA Hotels offers discount booking of hotels, pensions, apartments, hostels, guest houses, etc. within the Prague. Our online hotel reservation system is always ready to assist you in reservation of a hotel room in Prague.

Once you fill out and submit this form, our internal system will begin a search for available rooms according to your search criteria. All selections will be then verified by our staff. Within a 12 hours period you will receive an email with a list of available choices in Prague. The prices listed will already include all applicable taxes. Once you receive the email with a list of offers you will have 24 hours to book the offer of your choice.

If you wish to make a firm reservation, please send us your name, address and credit card details (type, number, exp. date). If you are reluctant to send credit card details via Internet, please fax us on 00420-222 24 75 16 or call us 00420 777 664 663.

Credit card details are only for guarantee; all payments will be done directly in the hotels!

When a hotel reservation is made (client have send us all requested information), AAAA Hotels will email (on request faxed) confirmation voucher to the client within a 24 hours period.

Please note that since we check all hotel quotes manually before sending them to you, the response time over the weekend (Sat-Sun) may increase.

Cancellation conditions:

Individual hotel reservations may be canceled up to 5 days before arrival for a no charge.

Group reservations may be canceled up to 14 days prior to arrival for a service charge of 10 percent the cost of the reservation.

If not cancelled 5 days – individual hotel reservations, 14 days group reservations, before arrival, and if you don't arrival, the amount corresponding to the price for the first night of your stay will be charged to your credit card.

Force Majeure

AAAA Hotels shall not be responsible for any failure to perform due to unforeseen circumstances or due to a cause beyond AAAA Hotels control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities.

Web Privacy Policy

Please make sure you provide us with your correct email address, as we use it to send the search results back to you. Your email address will not be sold to any third party and is used entirely for communication purposes between you and AAAA Hotels.

The phone number is not sold to any third party either and will be used if we need to confirm your credit card details or inform you of any changes to your itinerary that may occur. Please make sure that the phone area code is correct.
