HISTORY

Originally built in 1926 by renowned Czech architect Pavel Janak, the building is found in what is known as Prague's "Golden Crossroads", because of its desirability for shops, offices and residents.
Building was completely renovated this year and now you can find here in the absolute centre of Prague modern comfortable city apartments.

LOCATION

Located along the famous boulevard, Wenceslas Square, in the heart of the commercial district surrounded by historical monuments. Julis Hotel Apartments benefits from being the convergence point of all the city's major communication links.
Around the Wenceslas Square you will find plenty to do, with a variety of shops, restaurants, bars and cinemas, amongst them some of the Czech Republic's most exclusive. ACCOMMODATION

Julis Hotel Apartments consists of 72 apartments. City Apartment has carefully maintained the original Art Nouveau style of the building but all apartments are being renovated with modern facilities. Each comes equipped with kitchenette, including a refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A TV is also included with 24-hour coverage of local and international channels. Dual-line telephones with voice mail, data port, fax facilities and Internet connection are of course available.
For peace of mind, sprinkler systems are installed in all apartments and the residence is covered by 24-hour security surveillance.
